    In N Out is amazing. They only use fresh ingredients that are never frozen. Beef is slaughtered nearby and shipped before ever being frozen. Potatoes come fresh whole and they use a machine to cut them in restaurant. The burgers and fries are delicious and super cheap. Of course there is NO ambience at all! But who cares for cheap delicious burger. There is nothing to compare. I have not been to Shake Shack yet but will try soon.

    IN N OUT is a decent burger for the price. A kiss of flame on a burger makes it a lot better. That way Burger King and Carls Jr/Hardees can improve their mass produced meat flavor. Most Fast food burgers are at least 28% fat (precooked). I think that In & Out and 5 Guys (better than In & Out) use only a 20% fat, which is the best ratio IMHO! ;);):p
