I can't imagine the thickness of the phone was one of the deal breakers..

Bridled processor to prevent overheating of the Snapdragon 810 (you are in direct contact with Qualcomm why not opted for future exclusive new 820), not 800 MHz band, no FM, no removable battery but apparently easier to open, no extensible memory with Memory Card. Shame really, it is necessary to buy again when we already have the OnePlus One unfortunately I do not think so.

Well there are also costs for designing and implementing it...

it will be flagship killer if they reduce the price. that's the reason OPO got out attention at first place.

    No waterproofing
    No QHD display
    No NFC
    No wireless charging
    No Fast charging
    Shorter Battery Life
    JUST 13mp camera
    JUST 720p slow motion
    Overheating issues [lil bit]

And they call it FLAGSHIP KILLER

Yea you right I don't like the OP2 very much from the front is looking like a Samsung phone on the back they put the camera in the most ugliest way I have ever seen...
And no NFC and IR and the design is not making you love the phone like on OPO

Well, if you look closely. Bluetooth 4.1 is set to replace NFC. It does nearly the same thing when you look at its architecture

Perhaps they know that Android Pay won't make much of an impact until after their next device is released? Realistically, if it's not out yet, is it likely to be commonplace by Christmas, or even next summer??? I don't even have a contactless card from my bank yet!

True. Still, i hope they realize that maybe it wasn't such a good idea to remove it and somehow implement it..
Well, one can only hope i guess..
