The biggest problem i have with my OPT is the battery drain, it is way worse after the last update. A minor problem is the backup account bug, i am astonished they didn't solve it after two months.

What? Just because you got OnePlus 3 and not knowing the feeling of being left behind is totally BS.

Instead of that rude comment from you, try give solutions, the OP already mentioned he/she tried everything from his side, why don't you understand it? The Home Screen is dead simply because of hardware related issue, probably something maybe short circuits with Fingerprint sensor and boom, bricks it? i dont know, and OnePlus is young company who wont recall the faulty units (unless it ends with an catasthrophic end like the Note 7).

They sure know the reason and know its hardware issue, but admitting this would mean loss for them.

OnePlus 2 was a big nightmare but OnePlus 3 fixed things up, but if OnePlus 3T is true, i will stop using OnePlus device in next 1-2 years and shift to iPhone (im tired of bad SoT, god, i want stability and nice performance with nice Battery).

Please OnePlus, dont throw away the older model of OP device when new comes out, during OP3 launch, no any support did care about OP2 issues, it was like a dead-end for OP2, and i myself dont want to have same experience with those unlucky OP2 users.

Could you try flashing the op2 camera zip?
It's on XDA, a Google search would show it.
It's got some drivers in it, I suppose.
Camera wasn't clear in CM 13
Now I flashed the zip and the camera is back to functionality.

Is the fingerprint sensor working on that ROM? If yes, then definitely I'll try. Thanks for your help.

That's what I don't understand the problem with the sensor. I should have replaced it when I was under warranty. Regretting now.

When I run the test, an error comes showing applicationservice cannot reach the sensor. Although fingerprint quality test is showing something Chinese in green, so I guess that's probably pass.

But that's also quite painful. Mine was having a minor camera isaue. Which took them a month to replace the camera and give me back the phone. Seriously, a month? Everytime I called them, they said we haven't recieved the replacement part.
