Is the OnePlus Nord frame made of plastic or metal?

So I know that the OnePlus Nord has Corning Gorilla glass 5 on both the front and the back but what about the frame in between? Is it made up of metal or plastic? I watched a ton of YouTube videos about it's first impression from well-known tech Youtube channels and half of them said it's metal and half said it's plastic and now I am confused.
So can anyone definitely tell me what's the material of the frame??
Oh and btw, it's my first post here😬, thanks guys...

I have the exact same question. Plastic or metal. As you mentioned so many different signals from YouTubers. Oneplus should shed some lights on this and to be honest, if it is plastic, it is such a huge disappointment. The production cost difference should be less than 5$ to switch to metal instead of cheap plastic.

SuperSaf said it was plastic. If it is it could be good. Could be bad. Not really gonna be sure till we use it. My main concern is if it's polished plastic, which will scratch easily or if it's coated plastic which will peel and show TONS of wear and tear. From close up shots of looks chrome coated.

Yeah, it should have been metal. Now I am waiting for jerryrigseverything video to drop on YouTube so he can confirm what are the materials used and what's the build quality

It's metal. See the screenshot from Wiki. It says it's metal.
    Hope it helps.

Wikipedia is wrong. According to JerryRigEverthing it has plastic frame. Considering it a budget phone you can't expect a metal body with great specs. They cut costs in built, processor and cameras.
