My power button become really loose and made a loud, annoying clicking sound after 3 months of use. Support gave me the middle finger when I brought it up for warranty repair...

Mine feels a bit loose, been 4 days since I've had it! Have a TPU diztronic case on and nilkin tempered glass. Could be because of installing the case, i have removed and put it back on maybe 4-5 times. could that be it?

Maybe you can try readjusting it since it is removable from the case.

Mine was loose/wobbly when it arrived and it's a worrying sign after coming from HTC One. I opened up a support ticket straight away. No point having a phone when you're a fraid the power button might come off with below regular use (use tap to wake).

Mine has always been... Moving a millimeter up/down if I move my finger up/down, repeatedly, quickly.

It doesn't fall of even if you take of the backcover so it doesn't bother me. If anything it's one of those things I do while thinking, sliding my finger up/down that is.

My volume rocker button is slightly more depressed on the upside than the downside. I've come to expect this sort of thing from all consumer electronics. Everything I've ever had has had some defect. Its a side effect of everything being so relatively inexpensive, mass produced, and disposable.

Actually, I RMA'd the device for another reason. The two that my kids have seem perfect
