P1577270505827 , via OnePlus 7T , Jan 17, 2022 : Recently an issue with 7T is that callers are getting a reply that mobile is switched off or out of courage area. I heard the same issue with my friend also who is having 7T. Again I have to switch off and switch on the mobile to start receiving calls. My friend had factory reset the mobile but still the issue exists. Any solution ?

Tmokal , via OnePlus 7T , Jan 20, 2022 : Mee too having same issue, I am getting this issue for Jio simcard. 1) My friends and relatives always complain that my phone is switched off or not in coverage area and then I receives missed call messages from Jio team. 2) While dialing the call it cancel the call automatically after 2 seconds and doesn't allow me to dial any number since same thing happens repeatedly - I have to restart my phone for temporary solution. I am facing this issue from couple of months back, I think after October update.

Tokolozi , Jan 21, 2022 : Then try to.reconfigure you APN settings according to JIO's specifications. Delete the current one and re-make the settings. Instructions can usually be found on your provider's website

Switching phone back tot 3G mode, no problem on KPN provider. Sim card KPN in Samsung device, no LTE problem. Something wrong with Oneplus LTE firmware I think
