[Issue] Please check the number you are dialing Sep 12, 2014

    Today I got my Oneplus One, I am not able to make calls on any number (India), I tried all prefix +91, 0. without prefix, nothing seems to work, however I am able to receive calls, I am using an Airtel 3G SIM and the lazy girl is saying" You seem to have dialed a wrong number, please check the number you are dialing" and I tried 12-15 contacts!!

    Kindly check and advice guys..

    Hi Friends,
    I have received my Oneplus last month, suddenly today morning onwards I am not able to make calls on any number (India), I tried with adding STD codes as well, surprisingly I can receive the calls normally. I have tried to call back the same numbers but getting voice guided message saying" You seem to have dialed a wrong number, please check the number you are dialing" and I am using Airtel services.

    Surprisingly nobody tried to solve this.

    Please help me guys.

    No I am not ....even checked by changing the SIM with other service provider.
    It seems this bug is in Oneplus One phone only

    My issue resolved months back, try doing this.. Settings > Mobile networks> Preferred Network type> select 2G or 3G

    You will be fine.. check soon and let me know .. :)

    WOW... This is one serious problem, which I have not encountered.. Hope there is a solution for this...

    That sucks man.. Return it if it is in warranty.

    A phone is meant to call but if it doesn't thn it is not a phone.

    I have manage to solve the issue. Actually there was nothing wrong with my Oneplus one phone, it was the service providers problem. They were giving wrong voices guided message. Actually my balance was nill ...i never realized it.
    It was just a wrong message, that made me post this here. I am very sorry for accusing Oneplus one.

    it happend with me also quite a few times.. But not as high as other guys are talking about. Just disconnect the call and call back and it worked with me.. :)
