Check for updates of that apps, if ur apps r updated, clear cache from recovery.......Turn off your phone then Press Power button and Volume down button to get into recovery menu.Select Language.
Select Clear Cache/Data.It will navigate you to a menu where you will have seperate options for clearing cache and for clearing data.select Wipe Cache option and reboot it....

Turn off your phone. Then volume button down and power button same time. This will take you to recovery mode. Select your language by using the volume button to scroll down and power button to select This will take you to the next screen. There you can select clear cache, only choose this one using power button. Then reboot

Then your best solution is to factory reset because downgrade will not help you. Something has gone wrong and you will only carry the issue wherever you go.

This will take you to the next screen. Scroll down to factory reset and select using the power button. From there the process will start.

Ok that is a tough issue! Can you download this into your phone? https://downloads.oneplus.com/oneplus-5t/oneplus_5t_oxygenos_5.0.3/
It is the previous version. If you can do it and follow instructions below. If you want to older find older and do the same.

    1) Download OnePlus 5T Rollback zip and stable OxygenOS zip file from above and save it on your internal phone memory.

    2) Shut down your device and enter recovery mode by long pressing the Power + Volume Down key simultaneously.

    3) Select “Install from Local” and choose the Rollback build to install.

    4) Now reboot your device into recovery mode and Wipe data cache and Erase everything(Music, pics, etc).

    5) Reboot your device again.

    6) Your device will boot with special Nougat build.

    7) Done.

Well one is Samsung Health. It won't start doing anything until and unless we open the app. Tried everything, even the members here guided me but no result. It works in other chinese oem phones btw.

Please uninstall all the third party applications and reinstall normal Google applications. Then check whether the problem persists or not . If there is something wrong, approach the service centre. good luck.

your ROM could have some corruption. download the ROM again from OnePlus website and flash it via recovery.

wipe cache before and after flashing the ROM.

install only the most essential apps and see if you still have the same problems.
