Issue signing up for Red Cable club

    I have purchased a second hand 7 Pro and when I try to sign up for Red Cable club, it says the device is already linked to another account and I'm not able to sign up and I'm not able to contact the previous owner., is there any way that I can join it?

    Solved...this is what i did


    1) went to settings and unlinked ( clicked on the red cable club page from settings menu & scrolled down to the bottom and you would see your device as "this nord" click on that and unlink) my device from red cable club and logged out from Red cable club account.
    2) closed the settings app and launched it again.
    3)now log in to your RCC account and link device
