issue with Oneplus 7 pro speaker phone TMobile May 15, 2019

    I purchased the new one plus 7 pro from tmobile everything was fine until I am on a call and it is on speaker phone. the speaker lower the volume and I have to put it higher manually every few seconds. is a pain please fix. any one with the issue?

    The t-mobile variant is going to have t-mobile versioned software. You'll have to contact their support

    Oh, believe me, I understand. But the fact still remains that their version has their customized software on it that OnePlus won't really support all that much.

    I learn my lesson on the OnePlus 6t buying their T-Mobile version it's not worth it I would just buy it from the manufacturer directly just saying.

    The T-Mob phone I checked out on 5/16 had Firmware 9.5.4 on it, I've only seen 9.5.3 on unlocked versions, and the release was 2 days later, so something is different about the T-Mob software.

    yeah I'm on 9.5.5 also, I think your making this up, no updates for it out the box either.

    if it is really a problem then you just have to report the problem and wait they will fix this in a next update if you buy a phone at a launch its always possible that their are still bugs in it but dont worry

    I didn't notice what version mine came with (TMO) but I did get a day 1 update yesterday which brought me to 9.5.5
