Issues with Mobile Data

    Hello all,

    I am facing issues while my internet is working on Mobile Data. It stops working sometimes and give me no error. Just I can't open any webpage or able to send any message on whatsapp.

    Everytime, I had to on flight mode and then off. Hence, my SIM restarts and starts working as expected.

    Facing this issue from few days. Anyone has faced this? How to resolve? Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm using Vodafone network in India.

    hey jigir,
    I'm facing the same problem, and so do one of my friend, i think buying this phone was a very bad investment as the customer care centre is too poor like this phone.

    It could be coz Vodafone is upgrading their towers for VoLTE
    you can try below steps -->
    remove n insert both sim again.better if you swap sim cards.
    wipe cache in recovery.
    reset sim APN to defualt.
    also reset network settings

    I have same issue using Virgin which uses EE
    The problem is at random but usually if I have not used the phone for a few hours. it is worse in the morning, it take shares to get a web page.
    I have a new SIM card but the fault is still there,

    various ways to bring it back are turn off data, turn on/off aeroplane mode, turn off/on Bluetooth reboot phone,
    making a change seems to bring it back, it is like data mode has gone to sleep. even though it is connected to HSPA+.
    IT does not make sense....

    Yes.. This is ridiculous.. Real confusion here is, to whom we should go? OneOlus or Vodafone?

    I am on Virgin, my wife does not have the same problem on nexus 5 X on same network, so it looks like it is the phone

    I use One plus 6T and off late has been facing lot of mobile data issues on the phone. Mobile data is very slow. I use Vodafone network connection.
