Issues with Oneplus band sleep tracker via OnePlus Nord

    I'm Nishanth from Tamil Nadu and I have been using only oneplus products for past 4years . Recently I bought ONEPLUS BAND and in that sleep tracking is not working .So can you guys please help me on it

    what do you mean by not working? can you explain? also if you experience problems such as recurrent disconnection your band might not update/record any activities on your phone. try uninstalling and reinstalling the OnePlus health app, along with band reset. hope this works.

    Form day I bought the band the sleep tracking is not working

    Daily I connect my band to app while sleep , buf next day no use nothing
