Siddhu16 , via OnePlus 7 , Jan 2, 2021 : The playback pauses intermittently while the bud is still inside the ear. Super annoying, it's just ruins the experience. Plz give us a option to disable that feature in OnePlus Buds app. I just want it used like a regular earphone. Also the tap features in the touch sensitive area is not so great. It's a hit or a miss everytime. So i stop using that feature within a week after i bought it. Overall it need optimization and the OnePlus buds app is last updated October 19, 2020. I don't know what they are doing??!!
ADITH KRISHNAN , via OnePlus 7T , Jan 2, 2021 : Faced the same problem. Bought another pair through replacement and realised they too have got same issues. It's buggy software that's making the buds misbehave. It sucks one plus is doing this even though the buds sound really good! Hope the fix arrives soon..

bjrg , Jan 4, 2021 : For me, the ear-detection feature is pretty flawless so far. But I agree, there should be an option to disable it. Along with that, a volume control feature must be added too. It's a must. Even though it will be limited to double-tap, but it should be there.
