So I updated my one yesterday to the newest update and everything was working fine until today. I got to work and my phone rebooted. After that It registered no service after restarting. After about 3 minutes my phone finally picked up service, but only 3G and I normally have 4g at work. I have tried factory resetting my phone, but the issue is persisting. I am currently on T-mobile. Has anyone else experienced this issue/know what the cause of the issue may be. Thanks again guys!

My guess is that it has something to do with the APN settings. Try fixing them up and report back.

I've experienced the same today actually - never thought it was due to the update.

TMO is down in 15 states on east coast & near midwest.

It's not your 05Q update people!!

Having the same issue unfortunately in VA.

Hopefully it is just on T-Mobile's end.

There's a thing call a live person that you should try talking to!
Or at worse check social media.

If you are typing on this forum you can still do both of the above.

My OPO got an OTA upgrade yesterday. I am on TMO (Michigan) - I do not see any problems - either with the phone nor t-mo service since the upgrade. I just checked my speed with LTE - getting me a decent 25 Mbps d/l and 5.5 u/l speed.

What state are you in? All of east coast & some near midwest are affected.

I'm on T-Mobile in Alabama (sorry for all the jerks here), and it's fine. Just a regional outage, it seems.
