It's all in the details: Improved Ergonomics on the OnePlus 7T

Hi, I am Jack, one of the many great US Brand ambassadors for OnePlus.

The new OnePlus 7T is an amazing phone all around, whether it’s the 90Hz display, the blazing-fast in-display fingerprint reader. It’s an innovative device in so many ways, but today I am going to talk about my favorite improvement over the previous version: its ergonomics.

Ergonomics is one of, if not the most, important parts of a smartphone. It needs to be effortless to use and feel comfortable in the hand. The OnePlus 7T blows it out of the water. From using the OnePlus 7T for the past week, I can say it is much easier to use over the OnePlus 7 Pro, for 3 key reasons: its weight, its dimensions, and its weight distribution.

The OnePlus 7T is lighter this time around, coming in at 190 grams, making it heavy enough to feel the premium quality and light enough to hold all day. The OnePlus 7T is also narrower and taller with a 6.55 inch 9:20 aspect ratio display. This makes it much easier to use one-handed and also fits much more content on the screen.

One of the biggest issues I found with my OnePlus 7 Pro was that it was top-heavy. The OnePlus 7T is much more evenly weighted, making Netflix binging sessions much more enjoyable.

The OnePlus 7T is the most comfortable to use OnePlus device to date. I’d love to hear what you think makes a smartphone design comfortable to use in the comments below.

I guess if OnePlus could make a phone like the 7t pro but just smaller, many people would buy it. Not that the sales haven't been great. But most people are having trouble using the 7t pro and the 7 pro one handed

I still feel the the 6t was OnePlus at its best. The OP 7 and the OP 7t still borrow alot from the 6t

i think Oneplus 8 will be more disappointing by seeing leaks..they should ditch that punch hole shit and get improvement in the pop up camera mechanism

7t pro should be upgraded next only if there needs to be an upgrade. What they did with 7 pro and 7t pro is weird. And *OnePlus* next time, do have a flat screen option on the premium version. Please!!! I settled for the 7t.... #sorrynotsorry coz flatscreen. Agree with the ergonomics. except the camera bump circular design which is..... meh. The performance is great so that's alright..
