Ok thanks Sonia can you possibly leave me alone please my details are with security@oneplus.net so I prefer them to deal with it as I assume moderators don't have access to my account.

I not complaining for not receiving it mail sometimes takes time in bulk when it arrives it arrives especially if it's only the offer of credit checks for a year which are free from a number of sources in the UK anyway.

Back to work for me hoping for a thread update soon from Oneplus

Hey I was only trying to help.
If you don't get the email then it's possible that your fraud transactions happened with a different purchase.

I know how stressed you were about it in your postings on the forum. So if it wasn't the OnePlus purchase then perhaps you would want to contact the other sites you purchased from.
I was trying to be helpful, but hey ho

    Hi. Thank for the email.

I bought the One Plus 5t mid December and someone tried to use my credit card on January 12. Hopefully my bank blocked everything I soon as I called them.

    Keep us informed

if oneplus accept payments in cryptocurrencies, the information of my debit card would not be in danger

I wouldn't accept any currency with such unstable exchange rate like cryptocurrencies have.

I understand your position but you must understand that cryptocurrencies are much safer than others e-payments, and now my debit card info is on risk for this situation.
if this company presumes so much for worrying about the security and privacy of its customers. You should accept this type of payment, because there are many of us who want them

Well, the day is almost gone here in Europe, ( labor time ), we must wait for the detailed update of what went wrong, since the detail will be so big they are taking time writing

I used PayPal to pay and still saw fraudulent transactions on my bank statement. So even using PayPal to pay on the site does not seem to be 100% secure.
