    look at those carefully chosen words:

    which reads like they suspended CC payments as soon as they were aware of the attack. of course they wont say they disabled CC payments like 3 days after they were aware of the attack...

    Did you enter your credit card details before paying with PayPal? If yes, that's the explanation. If not, these things are unrelated.

    Hmm that's a good point. I don't remember that. But I do remember there was some problem with processing my transaction and I had to try a few times. So it is totally possible I tried my credit card before paying through PayPal.

    not quick at all! they tried to steal from me over 1000 dollars more than a week ago and this is the first thing I hear (I also just received OP official email..). Now I know where it came from... extremely disappointing...!

    Do you not know exactly on what date the problem started? Mid November implies around the 15th, but why is the latest update vague on this? If you can't tell us exactly on what date the rogue code was added, how can you know for sure you are emailing everyone who is potentially affected?

    @Mingyu Will there be another update with real information? Most importantly: what kind of data was leaked? Only CC data, but also addresses etc.?
