    The prices of spares are too high. Customers would need to spend as much as getting a new device. what's your take on it to help us through?

    I recently got my 3T repaired in an authorized service centre and got scratches on the sides when the guy at sc is opening my device. When I got back later they denied the fact asking for before and after pics. Is there anyway you could implement it in every case so that others don't face it?

    I've been quoted INR 11K for the back cover of my 3T when I wanted to replace it due to the scratches. it's so painful to have scratches due to others mistake.

    There is no device protection plan available if not purchased shortly after the device purchase. We'd need it any day. Could you extend it to users post 1 year as well?

    @Francis L. For some reason, this was left unanswered. Can you look into it please?

    Most countries in the world are GSM only. So it is GSM Unlocked due to the fact that it is universal to most countries

    No need for cursing and bad words to make your point, in the end, it only makes you lose it... ;)

    You can't really generalize things, for example my old 3 and half years opo is still doing great (even the battery) but now its being used by someone of the family.

    And the simple fact that the opo rom was the most downloaded version from the lineage software really shows how many people are still using the phone. You can say many things about Oneplus, but bad hardware is definitely not one of them.

    Is it sorted now? :sweatsmile: I can't really change the pm's destination, the best way is for her to start a new one.

    I recieved my OnePlus 5T on 14th Decemeber. The screen seems to have a stuck pixel problem. That point of the screen is always lit in blue colour no mater the background. Also it's prominently visible when the brightness is set below 20%. I have attached the photos and their respective screenshots for your reference.     os version is 4.5.15 new one..

    and it happens many a time..
    wifi get on by default many times..

    and bluetooth get on only when i do flight mode on off
