    not getting T mobile updates since joining the beta , they have March 2020 security patch and a new update I just checked and it's not coming down. did someone forget to hand it back over to T mobile?

    Nobody is happy with TMobile. I just bought my One Plus 7 Pro and they can't even unlock it. Their technical service is the worse. Customer service okay. They know nothing about One Plus phones. Period. It's an Android device to them....not a One Plus device. The sooner you understand the words I am speaking as they have not helped me with ANY technical processes...the better you'll know that I saved you time. They do not care to educate their employees on DEVICES. Funny thing is....I can solve this issue for them. There are technical teams...Apple...Samsung...One Plus.....and these are people hired to know One Plus inside and out...Samsungs team does the same....Apple the same. Calls are directed to teams instead of random people who are reading off a card. Faster response times and faster turnaround. Keep customer service for Billing and Plans. Give me $70,000 a year to start....I'll run a One Plus store for you. This is all very simple.

    Love how the focus is only on all T-Mobile except their top phone the (1+ 7T Pro 5G McLaren) why the entire company including one plus so unhelpful? You really have so many bugs on the 7T PRO 5G

    I would like to know what is going on not receiving updates anymore since beta , and they told me it would be handed back to TMO and they are 1updaye ahead of us. and still have not gotten a update yet.

    not sure if it's a beta issue, or OnePlus, but it looks like the 7 pro just stopped getting updates. it's a yr old and looks like it only gets updates through the open beta. I was hoping to see more updates like that, but doesn't look like that was the case.

    Well considering the OnePlus 7 pro 5G that's on a x50 modem is already obsolete and has never connected to the 5G Network I don't think I'll be a part of your community but you will see me in a class action lawsuit

    I still have the TMobile firmware on my 7 pro. I was the OnePlus advocate for my TMobile store but I haven't heard from our OnePlus rep since before the lockdowns began. I'd be interested in doing this and do you know if the advocacy program was discontinued?
