    I'm reporting back.

I have gotten a 'Failed' message when trying to flash my phone. I know this is not your paying job, but I would be more than happy to repay the favor if you have the time to help me out.

    Where I am currently:

    In TWRP:

This file was downloaded from Cyanogen's website for OPO. It fails and doesn't go past this point. I'm willing to do something on my part for any help. Thanks Spannaa!

I assume flashing to 'non-stock-CM' will break the warranty. It's still manipulation - no matter what kind of.
But yeah flashing kernels is different to installing via the noob touch assistant..
so good question. somebody got problems with this??

You don't flash a fastboot zip via TWRP - did you not read the guide?

    Hi Spannaa,

Yes, I have read through Timmaa's instructions. Here is where I got:

    Part 5:
    - I have performed a full wipe. I selected wipe from TWRP, selected system, data, cache and dalvik. I did not wipe internal storage.

    - I selected install from TWRP home screen. Per the instructions, "Navigate to where you have the ROM zip stored on your SD card and select it."
The ROM I have in the SD is "cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip". Is this wrong? Should I have used the .img instead of the .zip from Cyanogen's website?

    - I swipe to install, and I get the message that it has failed. It does not complete the install, and I cannot take the next action- installing gapps.

If I have muffed up, I am more than willing to take the abuse and beratement, but would also appreciate any guidance from this point.

Part 5 is for TWRP flashable zips, you want part 8, the fastboot zip installation guide.

Hi to all :) being one of those that ended up getting the chinese OPO with colorOs and had no prior knowledge of chinese language...;) i used the OPO toolbox and it worked magnificently :) I am now a proud owner of OPO phone and not OPO paperweight ;)

Why is my recovery mode different to others (cwm-based recovery v6.0.5.0) it comes up in Chinese even though I've chosen English as my language. Can anyone help me as I would love to switch to cyanogen mod? Thanks

Fantastic and useful presentation! I'm going to be in China next month, planning on picking up a few One Plus devices while there. Bookmarking this for when I return. Excellent!
