Just received OP3 - but NFC doesn't work

I tried copy the contents of my OP1 to the OP3 using NFC, but alas, it didn't work. I ended up using wifi/bluetooth instead. But that made some alarm bells go off as I do like to use android pay when I go shopping.

After setup, I tried to use NFC again, making sure it was enabled on all phones. Nothing.

I borrowed my wife's Motorola Pure, and the OP1 worked fine with it. OP3, nothing.

    Anyone else have this issue?

Turns out the NFC sensor is significantly lower on the OP3 and putting the phones back-to-back as instructed did not work. I had to hold the OP3 way down unlike other phones.

The NFC is in the middle of the camera

Have the same problem. What did you do to fix it? I have a ticket in with customer support.

So I think the normal NFC is in the middle of the phone, but on the NFC is by the camera. So you put the camera next to the middle of the other phone and it should work fine.
