Its possible that one of the the apps you have installed is not compatible with Android 11.

    Same issue here.
After upgrade to 11.0.3.3.IN11BA the phone randomly restarts.

    OnePlus 8 Pro (IN2023)

Up until now, ive been quite happy with my phone, but this is annoying as hell.

Issues like this can be a hassle to find out the trigger on. You can ofcourse report it via the feedback tool.

But the thing you can do yourself may sound like a lot of work, but it may get your phone back to a working state.

Factory reset and do a clean install. Avoid importing Google data during setup (select start as new). Don't use a full backup that reinstalls all apps for you. Instead copy important files somewhere and restore them after a factory reset.
First keep it simple and only install the most important stuff under a trial period. Let's say a day or more (depending how often it reboots for you).
Does it happen now too? Then it might be possible the phone itself if flawed somehow. However if it stopped happening then splitt up the remaining apps in to several trial periods. Install some. Test some. If any of the steps starts making your phone act strange nd reboot again one of those apps in that stage may be the trigger factor that is behind the problem. Do some trial and error within that group to find the app.

Time consuming perhaps. But it beats waiting on something that might not arrive since you might have a rare and hard to replicate issue issue that might falls into the low priority cathergory. I know... I have litterly spent hundreds of active logging hours to find the trigger of some issues. When I finally found it it was solved by OnePlus.

I have the OnePlus 7 Pro. What fixed it for me was, in the system/reset options and I selected "Reset app preferences" and the random restarts ended.

Got the latest update for my 7T today suffered 5 hours of constant reboots (after almost a minute of phone being up). "Reset app preferences" just worked for me too - thanks OP!
To be fair to OnePlus, it's the first issue I've ever had with it
