For OnePlus phones, you don't need heymelody. First of all, update OnePlus Buds from the play store. Then go to settings, Bluetooth and select Bluetooth. Connect your buds. Then press the gear icon next to the buds in the devices list. Now you'll get a page about your buds. Press on 'headphones'. This will open the customisation and other stuff for the buds
