Make sure you have the latest OnePlus Launcher from the Playstore. Then clear the OnePlus Launcher App info Cache.
Restart the phone and see if that helps.

Go to the Playstore, search for OnePlus Launcher. If an update is available, install it.

Then go to Settings, Apps, See all apps, Click on the 3 dot menu top right and select Show system apps. Type Launcher in the search box. Click on the Launcher App info file found, then Clear its cache.
    Restart the phone.

You might want to consider backing up the phone and doing a full Erase All Data factory reset to refresh your current installation of OOS on the phone.

If you don't see any improvement after trying the suggestions given. Please send Bug reports and give Feedback on the issues back to the OnePlus OOS developers. So that they can investigate them.

Hi, thanks for the reply but in Nord 2 there is no option for local upgrade, that I can see. Is there any possibility without that?
