TobeRobert , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Oct 18, 2019 : I have a technical problem needing specific info to resolve. I recently purchased a gimbal for a very important event. I made a series of 5-10 min, 4K, 30 FPS videos with the gimbal app. They are nowhere to be found in Gallery or Files Manager. However, they do exist as I can view them through the app, just no option to export or move the files. I contacted customer support of the gimbal OEM and they have not given me much to work with. But they did say this much: "The footage would be in the phone's other folder if the video file is over a certain size due to memory buffers and codecs that phones use to manage space". Does this make enough sense to any of the OP devs that you can explain it further so that I may access these files? These MP4's are extremely important to my family, it was the most important day of my daughter's career. Thx in advance, Jared Foster.
