    Reinstall your app. Remember to clear the cache between the uninstallation and reinstall

    Okay. I was asking because TikTok is banned in many countries all over the world. However as far I know Qatar is not on the list.

    Have you tried to be in contact with the app developers?

    One thing came to my mind. Go to app settings and check carefully all the permissions and there's also some network settings. Check if there's something strange

    Since you mentioned you have had issues "last few days" I guess the issue is related to last update somehow. I just checked mine and found that it's updated at 4.12. Could you check what is the version you currently have?
    Try also this. Go to app settings and force to stop it. Then try again to see if it works
