I am also facing the same issue with my OnePlus 7pro :(
Maybe a software update can hopefully solve the latency issue

I doubt they will release a support SW upgrade just for a few of us suffering from this issue. I'm trying to get my unit replaced to see if that works. Will keep it posted here.

First thing is never believe on the Fan boys reviews these people don't know anything they just post good image of products with different angles and talk about how good this color looks and blah blah :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

They play 5 mins of PUBG and they will say it have ZERO latency, in reality they don't even play the game, they play Candy Crush and give reviews on PUBG that's the reality.

One fanboy had reviewed the BW2 in past and said it don't have any latency issue with PUBG:p

So don't fall on these fanboys who just told his friends to click good pics of products and wrote it in good manners.
If you check the accessories section there any many reviews where people complaint about the latency issues an old community member also had a review there, but these fanboys those thread are pinned don't have latency issue :p

I agree. I knew that there's going to be a good latency given the aac codec but I've seen people genuinely get a latency of 110 ms. So for someone like me, I'll keep ranting to them about the latency. Thankfully I have a 3.5mm jack which let's me play PUBG via a wired headset.
    Analog > Wireless

p.s.: These fanboys don't know shit about PUBG gaming honestly. Most of the video reviews I've seen are of noobs.

Can confirm that during calls the latency is quite reduced. I have a OnePlus 6 but the earphone jack is busted. Quite sure OnePlus wont care about us small minority.
Do keep us updated if anyone fixes it by replacing the headset or general fix.
Has anyone tried resetting their phone?

Definitely Boss. I'm going to replace them as soon aa I get to head outside.

Tried it with a different OnePlus 5. Didn't work on it as well. Let's hope it is a BZ related issue and not device specific

I've also been facing a lot of latency even on the daily use. I can't play videos on chrome because the gap between audio & video is way too much.

I'm using OP 7T and facing the same latency issue.

While on calls (including VolP) the latency is around 100ms.

But even while in Fnatic mode it's around 300ms.

No delay in videos though. But while playing games (PUBG, COD, etc.) it's quite noticable and annoying.

This shouldn't have been a case as OP are advertising these headphones for low latency.

Hoping that an software update will fix this soon.

Facing high latency issue with COD Mobile +
Bullets Wireless Z + OP5T. Seems like all those fake reviews of low latency are there just to sell the product

People are definitely having low latency as well. There seems to be an issue with our Device + Bullets Combo

Yes. The issue is most people who buy these are not necessarily using it for gaming. It's mostly Music and binge watching.

I'll go to the service centre really soon.

    Thank you Corona

Yep, can confirm too. On my 6T latency is ~110ms only when in a call, otherwise it keeps being ~300ms even with fnatic mode activated. Hoping they will fix this

just found out that Bullets Wireless Z doesn't support Qualcomm Apt-X, even though OP5T supports it. hence the high audio latency and low price of this headset and lots of advertising gimmick
