The latest update I did on my phone has caused all photos in WhatsApp to appear blurred.
I can't send photos by WhatsApp as it comes up with a message saying 'Cannot find media on this device'.
I can't record a voice message on WhatsApp.
THIS IS A DISASTER! Please OnePlus find a fix for this problem. We are loyal customers and should not have to be trying to find a fix ourselves. Although I love my OnePlus phone, this problem, if not resolved will make me go to one of your competitors.
I am very disappointed and surprised that OnePlus is letting this go on so long!

Have you gone through the unified thread about it yet? You might find something that'll help

I found a working fix for this specific issue.

    1.) Open file manager.
2.) Go to: Internal Storage. You should see a "WhatsApp" folder if you scroll down.
3.) Rename the "WhatsApp" folder to something like "ZWhatsApp".
    4.) Open Whatsapp.
5.) Clear Whatsapp from recent applications list.
6.) Rename the "ZWhatsApp" folder back to "WhatsApp".
    7.) Open Whatsapp.

Clear WhatsApp from recent Application list? Like in the app drawer under history?
