    I'm also having this issue, LED only works when charging and when fully charged.

    Just follow the procedure of the other users including myself and you'll get your led back to work. Factory reset from inside the settings and when the phone reboot and asks for a Google account skip it and ignore every step until you have your phone ready. Send a message to yourself and see. The led will work again. Then add your Google account and synch everything.

    Did you factory reset through phone settings, skipped through gmail account etc? Or how?

    It worked for me but with the trick of entering the Google account as the phone boots but only in a second time

    I have the same issue where my led glows only while charging, when it is below 5%, and when a msg comes on watsapp, where as for my games notification does not work..
    Can You plz help.
    I did not understand the solution you provided.

    Hey I got the new phone quite happy using it.. It works perfectly flawless and led works perfect I changed LED for whatsapp to purple. It works great :D

    I think the solution is you need to reset the phone to factory settings by the backup and reset option under SETTINGS and then when you will boot the phone it should Start with the setup screen and you shouldn't login to your Google account. And continue without signing in and set that up later from settings

    dunno...maybe using other third party apps...btw, I've tried Light flow and it seems it doesn't work properly...property notification have the priority on liht flow...but I'm really happey with what I have now from my OPT

    Yes I double checked that I got a notification from the game Marvel: Contest of Champions about my free crystal and it flashed cyan coz I set that up as my global notification color. Not sure if we can customize it for each game.

    Led does not flash for games notification in my opt.. Where as it does glow for other notification..i have raised this issue with one plus support. I might call them as well today. Because of this i am not able to hse this phone at its full potential
