Hi guys, can you guys please confirm if you are getting lens flare in the photos when pointing the camera to a light source directly or taking a pic of a reflection (shown below). Is this normal. I have attached the pics for your reference.

Try a direct light source that is in teh opposite direction of the mirror, or any other reflective surface. More explicitly, put your back to the mirror. To me, it looks like reflection from the mirror causing this 'problem'.

I cannot view these new pics .. And I have an OP3, not an OP3T, so cannot check. There was somebody complaining about flaring on the OP3 forums a few weeks ago, and his problem was sorted when somebody told him to take a clean cotton cloth and wipe the camera glass!

Sorry my bad. Since the photos are huge in size they would have messed up the uploads.

Here you go Karthik. I have attached the photos. Further to this, the rear camera of OP3 and OP3T are same. You can probably test your phone and see if you get any similar results.

Also, all OP3T owners can confirm if this is normal or it is just me who is getting such blue dot flaring. I definitely don't want to settle with a defective camera if this is the case. IMG_20161231_120213-min.jpg IMG_20161231_132959-min.jpg IMG_20161231_133325-min.jpg

So is this normal in OP3T ? I haven't seen such strong lens flare in other cameras. I have attached few photos in my previous post. What are your thoughts on the pics?

I dont have this on my OP3. Check the camera glass for either any smudges or maybe dust particles stuck on it.
