More of a convience thing. Being able to put down your phone at a desk and let it charge and pick it up to use minutes later..repeating this throughout the day.

And what does it cost you to waste your precious 5 seconds to plug a cable?

legit took a stopwatch. picked up phone, picked up cable plugged. wasted total 3seconds.

Your not wrong and I do the same thing with my 6T[e]1f602[/e]. Wears out the cable and charge port more rapidly. I don't care much either way, love the phone with or without wireless charging.

Yeah, I agree. I think wireless charging or 'pad' charging is just a fad. Dash charge is much better and convienient for our busy lifestyles. Plus wireless charging requires you to play the phone right in the centre not to drop on as you're walking past.

    Thanks for the post :)

I Mostly think the confusion about wireless charging is not because the people needs it mostly, they probably want to have the all kind feeling that it is there, on specs sheet and the to rock shoulders with the Apples and Samsungs when the challenge is on. but mind you, such will also cost you closely. and what will be the difference if you gonna be paying just as these devices?

I guess the trade offs are quite okay for now.

So you won't add wireless charging but you will remove the 3.5mm audio jack?

No offense, but "Never Settle" is a bad motto for this brand. I love my new OnePlus 7 Pro but I definitely had to settle as it lacks features I want.
