    Hello OnePlus user :)

the world is changing with digitalization. Meanwhile you can do many things online and in a short time.
For example, how have apps, 7x24 and the technical possibilities changed your behavior? Do you only use online banking? Or do you let your taxi come via "Uber"?
Are there areas in which you still act in a "classical way"? For example, I buy my food in the shop and not on Amazon fresh platforms.
What do you like? Where do you think things are going too far? What else do you need? And: how should OnePlus benefit from this?

I'm interested in your opinion :) Feel free and answers :)
I'm looking forward to a lively discussion :)

As with most things, technology too has impacted my life both positively and negatively.

While technology is intended to make our lives easier, the trend observed is one of excessive reliance on it, to the point that is actually making is dumber by the day.

We need to seriously take steps to limit feeding this beast so it doesn’t take over our lives.

examples of how we are getting dumber:

    1. we need a calculator (app) for the most basic calculations.

    2. we have forgotten the spelling of many words - because the keyboard app has a autocorrect feature.

    3. we need GPS to get to most places, including our home - we don't have the routes in the head.

    4. our memories are getting weaker - because we have stopped training it since our gadgets save our stuff to theirs. simple example would be contact numbers.

    5. we are also getting unhealthy - we order food online and they are delivered at our doorsteps. no more physical activity.

we can think of more examples.

so despite its advantages, technology is making us dumber as well as weaker.

sure, the reality today cannot be described as above, but that is where we are headed with our excessive reliance on technology.

Well nice thread which the current generation must probe into.

As we are living in the world where technology almost ruins us, it's difficult to come out of it.

What's the need for this society from this holy technology ? - Effortlessness.

What does OnePlus require from this holy technology - Upgrades, updates, chips, recommendations, feedbacks, revenue (most evident truth)..... and so on.

So, we can't say tech. affects our lyf especially for it's next gen. it's a debatable issue yet to conclude :

"We depend on technology which alone shouldn't be our necessity but must be necessary".

    Thanks Dresa :)

I think the biggest change has been how I research "stuff", like devices, meanings of words to make sure I am using the correctly (not to mention spelling it correctly), to verify if a story is true, check weather, etc...

I pay most bills online, the illegal stuff is still "under the table" ;):p

I only call mom, everyone else is either text, messenger or via FB postings
