That will be the most interesting to see, since it's my biggest concern too, but hopefully it's better implemented in to the software and the battery life time is equally as good as in G2, we will see!

Can people stop mentioning the price in each and every thread? There are only 2 high end phones around the $300 price range. Everyone knows that every other phone will be more expensive than the Nexus 5 or the OPO. We don't need to be reminded EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Won't be the fastest phone but it will be a sexy phone with some cool camera feathures not worth 700 if you ask me. The most important thing for me is speed. Camera has to be decent.
And audio should be good aswell.
The only thing lg g3 won on is the camera aspect and maybe the design but its really close.

Difference between 805 and 801 is about 6%-0% on CPU performance, and about 20%-40% for GPU performance, while the consumption on the GPU itself is up to 20% less for the new one. You can use the 801 combo for a 2k screen, but for future codecs you would have more trouble, and you get a 2k screen with higher power consumption together with an "old" GPU that will need 20% more power. For me that adds up to a very small battery life expendency. Who needs a nice looking phone when you need a battery pack to even make it through a day?

I'm confused... But you haven't test it yet, and it's not even been official revealed to major public so haven't OPO?

I am talking about specs on paper;)
But i gotta say lg's new software looks really good with special landscape mode. Quikcircle etc.
I also heard about an 1 watt speaker? That sounds great!

Have to see the actual pricetag first before deciding of all of that is even worth it.

Going off contract unfortunately makes these flagship phones rediculously expensive. But in the end it saves a decent chunk of change.

Those carrier subsidy/contracts are essentially loans with a fixed interest rate that is built in.

Yep, it's a huge money sink and I'm unsure why more people don't stay away from it. It must be the whole "I want it now!" mindset...

Maybe.. but you can have it now, and not add two years to a contract, and be free to move on if you dont like the service without a term fee..
