    Hi there,

Such an aissue is rare. If there isn't any debris or liquid, port should work. Keep trying after a while, this problem will not stay long. If remains unsolved, please go for the Customer Support of OnePlus.

Hey, try to have your phone dried out for a while, usually you get this error when there's something conductive between the contracts.

You could also try cleaning it with some isopropyl alcohol when the device is off.

Guys, I solved the issue of not charging due to debris and liquids with OP8 Pro as well as many other issues I faced. I simply changed it with other brand. OP is not the same phone it used to be. I've been using OP since the beginning and unfortunately OP became unreliable maker so I decided to switch to another brand.

Make sure to clean out the USB port, and see if there isn't any lint or moisture in the connector.
