migusz , Jan 23, 2022 : I found a workaround for this problem, if you uninstall the update for the 'Android System Intelligence' app the Live Caption can be reenabled again without this permission issue

Caomhin , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Jan 23, 2022 : Have tried the same on C44 however Live Captions is not an option when clicking on Allow permissions unless there is an alternative way to do this.
