    Okay so I kid you not , I did the GM diet for 7 days and I lost 16lbs.
    (I also did some light exercise like 20 mins running in the morning and evening)

    Honestly , sticking to the diet might seem hard but its really not.
    The first two days were hell for me but it gets better.

    It will be depend upon the following plan. If we maintain the proper plan, then we have better chances of loss 2 to 3 kgs normally. For that we need to do yoga, fitness programs and also taken best and healthiest food plan in our daily routine life.
