Lost all data on OOS 5.0.2 oneplus 3, any help? Feb 18, 2018

    So, my oneplus 3 was working fine until now, I charged my phone in the morning. and after few hours all the data including pictures, videos, important office stuff is gone. Don't know why. I have no backup of my device. so, I am looking for some way around I can get my data back, if anyone knows any method or so, I will be grateful.

    Same problem occured with me. I connected my OnePlus 3 device with my laptop and when i unplug it all my data get wiped out don't know what happen.

    No nothing wrong, everything was fine until last night, in the morning i just charged my phone till 80%, then everything was gone. even whatsapp pictures and every other document.

    hahaha same here, I connected to backup my files and just after backing up everything got wiped.
    Thank God I saved my memories but I lost all my songs and pdfs... and there's no way to get them back

    Good and as a precaution maintain a backup, try the OnePlus switch app for making a backup for future uses.

    not rooted. using google camera mod app for more than a month though.
