Lost sound quality after the new update. via OnePlus Community App

    Before we use watch TV at the volume level 10 only, But now after new update we are not able to hear audio at that volume range. And need to increase it up to 35 and above some times at that range voice quality was not good but the background sound was good.

    To be honest I think the volume levels shown for you before the update were bugged because there is no chance to be audible at volume 10 with OnePlus Q series as I have been using from more than an year and 30-35 is the optimum value I always had to set when in "Surround" mode. The only way it can be audible at volume 10 is that the room is very small and you are sitting very close to the TV...Is that the case?

    Select clarity mode in sound mode and check if it fixes the issue
