lost the signal suddenly

    I lost the phone mobile network signal totally
    At first I thought that the probl m was in the sim card but I put another sim card on and my sim on another phone , my sim card worked on the other phone while the other sim didn't work on mine .

    I have OnePlus 6T

    I tried that and it didn't work ,
    the sim card worked on another phone .. so the problem is in it .

    You could also try deleting your current apn settings and adding them manually according to network secification

    I know this may sound strange, but squeeze the front and back glass area with your fingers where the Sim card is located, see if a signal appears. Have heard a couple of posters do this and their signal reappeared.

    It may signify that the Sim in Sim card tray is not hitting the contacts in the phone to register the Sim card properly.

    Worth a try to check it out.

    I tried it but nothing happened ..

    I got in the phone that there is a Sim card connected but with no signal at all

    Other options would be to backup the phone and the do a full Erase All Data factory reset to refresh OOS.
