Navakarthick , via OnePlus 9 , Jan 21, 2022 : I have purchased OnePlus 9 12/256 gb variant in nov 3rd 21. After 45days usage while charging the phone the device shuts off automatically and can't switch on. Then I reached the service centre for further assistance. They said me the motherboard was complaint, so we will change the motherboard and give the phone back to me. It takes around 7days. Then I'll check the phone after i received it occurs many issues. Again I have contacted your service centre and give the device and request to replace my device. Again they said me to check the device issues if there is any issues occurs we will replace your device and give me back new device. But they didn't sort out the issue and return the device back. In this device lot of issues occurs. I need a proper reason or else replace my device and give me back new one.
