low signal since switching to 12S May 23, 2015

Hello friend

Im sorry to hear that you're having problem with your signal and battery. However let me help you.
For your lost of signal:

• Please check your APN settings, call your network provider for the correct APN settings and set it up manually.
• Try to remove the back cover and check if the network is stable, if yes let me know. (If issues still persist you may downgrade to 11s)

For your battery issue:

• Clear cache and make sure that all apps are closed forced from the background
• Try to install Snapdragon Battery Guru and use your phone for 5 days and see the result if it helps

(Just a heads up 12s will have less battery life compared to 11s)
