If you have bought the phone from Amazon, then apply for a replacement, talk to their customer support.

If you have bought the phone from OnePlus online store, then go to oneplus account, orders, and apply for RMA.

If you have bought for authorised retailers, go to their shop show the issue and get from them the next steps.

That is a broken display, get the phone replaced... Why did you waste 1min of the video struggling with the box?

Can claim warranty for sure. Contact customer care (Amazon/OnePlus) instead of posting in this user forum where OnePlus won't respond to these type of posts.
