    Sort out duplicate contacts .This happens coz if u sync multiple accounts try marking duplicate contacts and delete.

    Wow that's bad man...

    Ok here is what I would do...

    Download Google contacts (not the oneplus one)

    Merge all the duplicated contacts upload it to your Google account (make sure you don't have any contacts there...if u do then upload and merge it on ur PC over the interweb.

    Then empty your contacts on the one plus...clear the cache

    Restart ur phone (might as well clear ur cache for better battery life and performance...)
    Make sure ur contacts are empty...sync

    I think that should help you...
