    Immediately the following problem noticed:
1)The batery life reduced by very very big percentage!!!!!!!!!!!
2)Faced some short lags with my device.(never before lags for 3T before the update)
3)The connectivity problems did not solved after the update.Still be near my router and sometimes the wifi signal is not full

Why don't you give a try to 4.0.3, you are to impacient , have a litle more pacience dude, let the phone set the parameters , do 2 ful cicles batterry. If after one week don't see any improvment then clear cache, wipped cache, Factory reset, instal apps, wipped cache again, 2 ful cicles batterry, this steps should resolve the problems.

have you wipped cache, turn on agressive doze from developer opcions, go to batterry -3 dots-second opcion-turn on.

My problems started with nougat update :
    1. Even when u switch off WiFi it will automatically start occasionally while I use data and disrupts my usage especially online based games. The WiFi will switch itself off again after 1 or 2 seconds.

    2. After Oos 4.0.3.. Data will often switch itself off unnecessarily very often. Battery I can't say for sure but it seems to take some hit.

    My device is op3

Well so, in my case after upgrading to the latest software I'm facing some kind of issues with Bluetooth.
Usually I put my 3t in flight mode during the night, and the day after when I switch back to normal mode I always see active Bluetooth either. And I'm sure that I've never activated that function during the day before.
Hope 1+ team will solve this #bug.

Is normal after an update. Give it a couple of days.
Tried a restart? Tried empty cache?

Could be the wifi modem in the phone is weaker as you expected.
Tried the solution given in the main thread about the update? https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oxygenos-4-0-3-n-ota-for-oneplus-3t.497079/

If its only the Android system and OS, you ought to turn off the Backup and Reset option in Settings.
Also, reset the Google Play services ...
Go to Settings > Apps and tap on Google Play Services.
Once in, tap on Storage > Manage space and then tap on Clear All Data.
Check this out as well >>>
Hope this helps resolve the battery issues ....

    The basic rule ...
Update all apps from Play store to latest version.
    Charge the battery to 100%
Boot in recovery Mode and delete cache.
Do the update to the next version.
Factory reset the device once the update is completed
Fresh install apps from PlayStore and update them to the latest version.
Investing the time in all these usually ensures smooth transitions ... Worth it !!!

Okay... I do just like you do (clean install) and never have any problems, but, to be honest, this shouldn't be a basic procedure.
You can't expect from "non experienced" users to do this.
I do believe that 3/4 of the posts here about battery life are over-exaggerated as they do not know that it takes some cycles to let the battery settle in again. But still, an update should be without any problems and it looks like OP isn't that good in that (yet) :)

every new update is problem for users. they try to fix a issue and new issue is born. this is happening since i have. purchased my oneplus 3. i have seen others phones and their OS there are no issues and absolutely fine. oneplus needs to hire new devlopers , sometimes i feel their devlopers are themselves confused and dont know what's happening. team is not efficient enough. my 1st and last oneplus product.
