    What a time to be alive, guys. Last week we introduced Steven G and Nicole; Steven went right away and spilled the beans on the OPX Champagne situation and Nicole is clearly a rising community star already. That ticks our Operations and Product teams as far as forum participation is concerned, so what's next?

    I think you'll all agree with me when I posit that our customer support team is one of the most... talked about here on the forums. It's also by far the trickiest to communicate around in that it suffers greatly from the fact that unhappy customers are a hundred times more vocal than happy ones. Just the other day I read someone saying that we had a 1/4 return rate for OnePlus Ones; well, no, it was actually below the industry standard 5% and our supply chain partners like to point this out all the time.

    Anyway. CS as a business unit is fraught with complicated processes and incentive structures - how do you get customers to the right support page? How do you make sure that they do what they can themselves to fix the problem without pissing them off (have you ever been told "try restarting your router")? How do you strike the balance between allowing every single RMA and getting bricks sent to you (not joking, this happened multiple times), and allowing none and having really angry customers?

    @Peggy H. is here to answer all those questions. She's been in our CS team for almost as long as I've been here which is half an eternity, so she knows her stuff.     Welcome @Peggy H. I am sure you will get lot of feedbacks. IMHO a two way communication should be strengthen between the user and CS official. Most of the times the frustration is not because it is taking time , but because of no response or very delayed response.

    Hi @Peggy H.

    What have you seen as the biggest challenge in OnePlus with regards to the processes in customer services and what changes in processes do you see as having the biggest impact on improving the customer experience?

    EDIT: I really like these introducing threads, I mean @Mike is awesome and all but there's a limit to how much one person can do on the forums (and of course @Adam Krisko) ;)
