    Edit by Moderator SoniaB:

There have been numerous "no inbuilt music player" "what is the best music player" threads recently. Moderation team have merged all threads opened since 1 August 2017.
Please post here music player discussion and questions rather than opening a new thread. Future threads will be merged here.

The OnePlus Music app has been removed from this build. If you want to install it back, please download the apk file from here: https://we.tl/Om3s1NonT9

Black Player, n7, phonograph all are good - but for me nothing beats Poweramp and now Poweramp Beta!

PowerAmp of course ! (Read FLACs without restrictions, with equalizer and some other awesome params, and you can have a beautiful theme)

jetaudio, nrg player, Poweramp all paid versions
no matter what player you use OnePlus 2's audio output will not be good as it doesn't have any dedicated audio DAC. it uses the built in DAC which comes with the snap 810 chipset, if you are now worried about it there's nothing that can be done. there's nothing much you can expect from the mistake (OnePlus 2)

I use the pre-installed music player of one plus. I think it has the same good audio quality like the other ones like VLC. At least the output quality depends on the soundcard (/-box) you use.
