This is the problem with some of us Indian users, we've seen so many startups give freebies in terms of customer acquisition that we seem to think that we're entitled to get a phone/product for a cheaper cost or no cost.

This cry for freebies only works on Ola/PayTM.

Time's changing, find value not cheapness.

OnePlus doesn't care if you are middle class or not. They are doing their business and I bet they are right

I had bought OP5 and within two months a new version OP5T came with 6.0" screen, so I am little bit unhappy for buying OP5, instead of OP5T, If there is a buyback then I am pretty much happy for that.

I can't imagine it is feasible or financially viable to buy back phones which are a few months old. I suppose OnePlus could, but they'd give you $200 for it. All phones get updated and it's up to people to choose how long they want to keep their phone before replacing.

Erm, no one is forcing you to "upgrade". It's a choice. Just be happy with what you have, if not, choose something else, but it's your choice.

If the tech industry was led by "wait until the next edition" then we would still be using paper cups connected by string.
