In India, OP has a Buyback scheme in Collaboration with Cashify.in but the prices offered are quite less. You can try selling it on online classifieds and if it doesn't sell, you'll still have an option with Cashify.

I ask what is broken and answer was this "Because there is a bottom which doesn’t work."

And today I got my Oneplus 3 phone back. Phone's "bottom" not work because gaming mode turned on. LOL. Professional testers. My phone works perfectly.

I guess you know that the company that does the refunds is not OP. it is a third party company. They propably are not tech nerds like us and if they accidentally have gotten the phone in gaming mode, mighht not be so easy for them to realise that.
