    Hi there,

    Before a device is put on the market, it has to be tested by regulatory bodies, like FCC, CE and others around the world. The device is tested in a scientific manner, with calibrated machines, to ensure all the readings are precise. Your phone does not have any specific hardware to measure radiation emission. That app is likely guessing the emission based on sensors that are not designed for that, or even worse, it's just showing random values.

    To add to that, please bear in mind the app you're using has a very limited number of downloads and evaluations so there is no way of knowing how reliable it is.
