Still........i think there might be a relation between the Sar value and the content of newly opened threads. :(

Anyone that's good with statistics care to investigate?

Why should they? If it's within regulations?

The screenshot you made doesn't say anything.

A report came out the other day and it states that OnePlus 5T is the second worst phone when it comes to radiation. it is number 2 on the list for maximum radiation levels and the new 6T is 4th on the list. I have a 5T currently and I am concerned about my health because the radiation emitting from this device is a lot. Please address this issue as this is a serious Health Hazard for everyone who owns these devices

    1. Please use search before posting anything especially basing on old as article that is completely garbage.
    2. It is not an issue. If it is beyond regulatory requirements, it wouldn't be on the market at all to start with. Do some research please for all our sakes.
    3. See number 1.
Please use search. Creating redundant thread is against the forum Terms and Rules.

    3. To avoid duplicating content, search similar threads before posting or creating a new discussion

New joiners and normal users are strongly advised to use search function before starting a new discussion. Other members may have already shared about the specific subject or addressed the question you are about to ask. If you post a thread that is very similar to already posted ones, it may get merged or closed by the moderation team.

Yeah, and it states that all its numbers is based on Germany's regulatory numbers which is different from other parts of the world; in which is still within the limits of all the countries that OnePlus is currently being sold in. Stop posting garbage.

But hey. Your thread had been placed in the dumpster of garbage. Congratz.

I would assume it's because of the dozens of similar threads that flooded the forums today. Every time clickbait news sites grab this information (and trust me, it's not the first time), it's this all over again.

The problem is that rather than informing people, they just write sensationalist articles that make people worried about something that doesn't make sense to be worried about. All phones in that list comply with legal requirements and therefore are perfectly safe to use. Even if they didn't comply, they would still be safe to use. We are exposed to far more radiation from multiple sources on a daily basis, but for some reason, phones are everything people talk about.
